Its really hard for me to recommend a $200cad hand grinder or baratza encore in that situation. I'd seriously consider shopping for a df64 and putting cheap(er than ssp) Lebrew burrs in when you can. You're just going to miss out on so much flavor with a muddy little high fines conical.
