Summoner and White Mage are very strong jobs for newer players. Most jobs aren't "difficult", but those two have a very low skill floor if you want to contribute right out of the gate.

I think they're avoiding dual dye channels on Elemental armor because that's the main distinction between things like Fending and Maiming. It's a dumb reason, but I can sort of understand it for the time being.
