This patch in a nutshell

I think 7.3 is good and that looking back at 7.1-7.3, it was good too.

It does make me sad about the Dawntrail we could have gotten since 7.1-7.3 did a lot of things well like actually letting the characters breathe, leave interesting breadcrumbs and actually tried to get you invested in the setting of Alexandria.

Meanwhile we got an uninteresting wasted potential of a setting in the form of Tural where there's no conflict and because of Hiroi's need to shove his furry self-insert into every last crevice. Things like Geode's death didn't hit nearly as hard as it should have given that the characters weren't allowed to breathe meaning that I barely got to know him compared to Haurchefant and instead of getting to know the cast of characters we just had to listen to Wuk Lamat say some inane babble about papa, tacos and some other shit I don't care about

Also the fact that it's Ascians again! just goes to show how the Dawntrail MSQ by and large has failed to actually set up any potential story hooks for future expansions that we had to dig up those guys and drag them out again.
