Blizzard sold to Activision and then it turned out there were a metric fuckton of government agents in their executive circles. Nobody seems to like talking about the glowies in the executive circles on /v/ though too uncomfortable and too close to Something Actually Happening I'm guessing so instead I'll settle for saying Bobby Kotick is a flappy eared little gremlin whose idea of turning Activision profitable was to turn it into a fucking slot machine for himself and his buddies, same as every other soulless corporate executive. It doesn't matter that they make a lot of money when none of it reaches anybody but the fucking executives. Did you see Bobby freak out when the UK blocked the merger and it looked for a moment like he wasn't going to get his golden parachute? Christ.
