I don't know but blizzard would never let us fight a big boss only once and when the trilogy was announced they explicitly stated we are going back to Ulduar in The Last Titan. On one hand it's the original home of Odyn but let's not forget we are talking about Xal'atath, the bitch dealing with Old Gods on a daily basis. Why else would we go to Ulduar when Odyn is in Skyhold?
