I'm just looking for one specific thing, and people keep responding by talking about something that isn't that thing. I don't know why the fuck language learners always do this no matter where I ask, even to the point that one retard in this thread kept talking about a totally different language, but it's fucking annoying.

Beginner level doesn't mean tv shows or music for natives, it means something that is understandable to someone who has never heard a word of the target language.
Comprehensible input doesn't mean translation, grammar books, or flashcards, it means input that is comprehensible - with context clues making up for the lack of language skills.
Italian doesn't mean spanish, it means Italian.

Do you go to a thread on /o/ about pickup trucks and start recommending hatchbacks? Do you go to a thread on /tv/ about Hong Kong action flicks and start recommending Shrek?
If you start saying things that aren't what I'm looking for then why are you offended that I say that's not what I'm looking for?
