Sparring is for Skill Mats.
Survey is for Coin
Gourmet is for Limit Break Mats
Fun Fair is for Tickets (Hard Mode, Workshop, Gym)

So basically Points Boost (Best Universal return investment)>Sparring (Lets you upgrade those Dipatch skills)>Funfair (Tickets shiold be useful when no event is running, but not right now)>Gourmet (I haven't seen any Part time misson with a Level Requirment yet)> Survey (You are probably swimming in them)
