i'm a repper who got a breast reduction for actual understandable medical reasons. I had a mild case of gigantomastia (i think, because there's no other logical explanation for it) which caused me to have extremely large breasts, on my roughly 5'3 and 100 lbs frame, which meant they were extremely saggy and caused me a lot of pain + i could physically not run for more than a few seconds or jump. i got them reduced to about c cup. i still hate them and think they're too big so it was mostly a waste of money. also i didn't take care of the scars properly so now they're all jagged and wide and basically solidified my decision to remain celibate for life
