I'm glad trump is protecting people like this.

I've picked up the following good habits this year:
-Stopped wearing socks
-Only drinking room temp water
-Nothing yellow in my house
-Read backwards every day
-Got rid of my blender and ceramic mugs
-Ketamine
-Only sleep in my office chair

My workout? Upside down for 30 min. Clap hands as hard as possible 1,000 times. Jog 1 mile backwards.

I feel so much better, got a girlfriend and lost 150 pounds.
