SA Garrison in Stainless. I was in the market for a mid tier 1911 for in the woods. This motherfucker failed to eject every round from the start and even locked itself closed. Turns out that’s pretty common. The serrations were so sharp I tore some skin off my finger trying to open it. I didn’t bother to send it back because I’d never trust it. Now it collects dust because I don’t want to screw someone by selling it. I’ll never buy any Springfield Armory product again. I understand a little hiccup here and there but they’re charging premium prices for pistols worse than ones at half the price. Fuck Springfield Armory. 1911s are their bread and butter and they fucked it up about as badly as possible.
