I'm new (this is my second ever deck) and I'm wanting feedback on the composition of my budget Volrath deck. Things like the ratio of high mana cards to low, too many lands/not enough, etc. etc. The goal of the deck is to focus on voltron, but with light reanimation. I feel I need some better artifacts for voltron but most of the badass ones are stupidly expensive (Shadowspear, Sword of Light and Shadow). Any thoughts?
