Here's what would actually happen:
He'd think "I wanna be a paramedic!", then try to save someone on the street and only end up making things worse. "Wait, why can't I solve everything with just the knowledge and power I was born with?". Then, he'd learn he has to work hard as shit to be a paramedic. He'd learn he needs to go through an elongated period of time in an "university" to get the skills to become one. He'd have to move away from nature and into the city to find one of these places. He'd have to go through 5+ years of intensive unpaid work, following strict rules, dealing with bullshit by people more powerful than him and maybe even compromise his morality to even compete in the job market. All of this, while being able to travel maybe 2 times a year while being deep into the big gray city.
This is, assuming he's getting all his needs paid for by an upper-class American family, which is a very lucky start. And yet, all of this would fucking BREAK him. I'm not joking when I say he would literally go FUCKING INSANE from the sheer whiplash and would turn into a NEET.
