Since this seems to be THE thread, I will repost my Papyrus/Eggman dream induced theory.

Basically the theory goes that the eggman and Papyrus are connected:
>Papyrus favorite food is oatmeal dinosaur EGGS.
>Papyrus is described as FORGETTABLE by Chara
>Papyrus is missing in Deltarune so far. Sans asks we need to know his schedule, and the next day the eggman tells us his schedule.
Basically we need all eggs to fight Papyrus, and he will be the schizoboss of 5 and we will FINALLY see his special attack.
