Think of it like DnDogshit 5e 'advantage'. 30 luck, the thief bonus, means 30% of the time on a damage roll, you roll a 2nd dice and take the higher result between the two. 100 luck means you always roll 2 dice in place of one, like the 5e advantage. 150 luck means you roll 2 dice all the time, and 3 dice half the time, always taking the best result.

I asked an LLM to simulate what +100 luck / stock DnD advantage would mean statistically, and it settled on a 31.67% damage boost using 400 simulated d20 rolls, so it's pretty significant. But there'll be a lot of diminishing returns once you start pumping that luck even higher.
