3-piece set, so you use it + 2 from some other set (Eclipse or Midnight),
Each time any teammate casts an echo skill, increase the wearer's crit rate by 3% up to 4 stacks. On 4 stacks give additional 8% crit rate and 15% Havok DMG Bonus.
Since you can't trigger similar effects by the same echo with multiple uses, the only way to activate it is to have at least one character that have skills that are considered echo skills - Phrolova or Cantarella or Roccia
