I've majorly dialed back my spending since I don't like how they handled the canta/fluer censorship, or more recent monetizations, but the game has improved so much up to this point, kuro deserves at least some shekels. So I'm not going to be dropping $50+ per month to secure every new limited and sig, but I will at least buy the monthly when a character I like is on the way, and if there's a skin I want.

Exploring outside of the map waypoints gives you a grand total of 1 runup challenge (by the statue that looks at the Tacet Field) and there's 2 hidden chest puzzles, one with the 3 dragons and one where you summon the new boss echo and a capitaneus.

How the hell are the characters irrelevant? I can sort of understand Encore and Camellya as both of them don't really have much story exposure beyond Camellya being a lab grown resonator. Aalto and Shorekeeper however have relevance mostly through Aalto likely having connections across the entirety of Solaris-3 and Shorekeeper doesn't really need much explanation. That mostly just leaves the odd duck out with Encore and as she's from the New Federation, his connection to both Aalto and the region can be easily fleshed out in the coming chapters in that region. Each time any teammate casts an echo skill, increase the wearer's crit rate by 3% up to 4 stacks. On 4 stacks give additional 8% crit rate and 15% Havok DMG Bonus.
Since you can't trigger similar effects by the same echo with multiple uses, the only way to activate it is to have at least one character that have skills that are considered echo skills - Phrolova or Cantarella or Roccia
