Event is permanent so you can still complete those rewards later. The limited rewards can be obtained from just beating all the duelists. I'm not sure if it's limited but there one reward that requires you to upgrade all boss cards, there's 6 of them costing 5000 each so you'll need 30k. Might want to prioritize those than buying and unlocking all the cards.
