Hmm. If you are playing her solo then yea she doesn't really need anyone. If you are playing her on a team though, Cantarella is by far her best teammate.

Solo she stays on field and can do all the Hecate enhanced attacks herself. On a a team, she switches out and needs her teammates to use echo skills to trigger most of the enhanced attacks. Cantarella has far more echo skills than other characters.
