I don't ride in parks due to dogs but forrests that are too far from the city to walk to, greatly reduces the amount of dog walkers you encounter. I ride a gravelbike offroad and occasionally a track bike on the road. I absolutly love to go fast. If you are healthy and the bike fits you you shouldnt have back pain even on a road bike.
