Ebert is an odd fellow. One might think him to be no more than ten years old. However, Ebert disagrees! He is certain of his age, and he is certain that he is *too old.* The bitter old yolk spends his days loitering around Stone Edge Summit or taking various (dangerous) walks, teaching youngsters whatever move his Metronome feels like bestowing upon them that day, keeping himself sprightly and energetic with his handy Tunnel Wand cane. He does what he can to pass on his valuable knowledge, such as the inherent idiocy of Dragon-types and violent nature of Poisons, down to younger generations, and is very proud of his truly generous nature.

He is deceptively capable, able to adapt to almost any situation in combat and traversal, but his weak species and portly physique make him quite slow.
