Why's it so cheap? I guess the entire area is priced in that range.
I'm cool with vinyl at that kind of a sticker price. The brick is good. Their carpets are beat. Drive is on its way out. Most of the house is very basic and uninteresting so I'm ok with the cantilevers and some fun painted walls for kids rooms. Almost all the light fixtures are haggard. The wainscotting in the dining room is a welcome change. Fireplace might look good painted. Someone did a pretty low effort to update the bath, but the house appears otherwise diy free. I would have plumbing and hvac inspection if this was a serious look.
One of the major builders in my area used this style of house for probably 30-40 years. It made it pretty easy to know what handy work people are going to want on every one of them.
