Not them, but Renata needs a major rework. She has no items, she doesn't scale off AP like the other enchanters, making her take all the active items, and Riot already knows that people don't want to play that way. They also removed her item after the Mythic rework, which was Radiant Virtue.
She's a mix of Thresh, Lulu, and Zilean - but sucks at everything she wants to do.
The stars need to align to even pick her: Enemy team has more than 2+ engage melee champions, they have an AAing ADC, the support needs to be engage.
After 400 years people still don't play for her W properly.
One of the "best designed" champions doesn't have a 1.5% pick rate.
