The way things sound in skinspotlights videos - and especially the preview videos made by riot themselves - is not entirely representative of how things sound in actual gameplay. Truly in depth explanation videos need to be long and they're targetted at a niche population. Not only do they not get many views, the poor viewer retention percentage means the youtube algorithm is less likely to promote the channel's content later.
Content creators know this, they're aware that such a video would not only take a lot of effort to make but also affect the channel negatively when published - so they don't make them and they stick to bite sized content instead.
That's why we have countless "LEARN HOW TO ALWAYS WIN LANE IN 5 MINUTES" "guides" which consist of 30s channel intro + some sort of credentials talk of "I have been a proffesional league of legends player/coach for X years" into 30s sponsored ad into 3min to explain a single basic concept like "you fully shove out wave before recalling if you can or leave only a tiny bit more enemy minions alive if you can't" into 1min coaching self advertisement and channel outro.

To an extent, I agree with you. However, I would say that an in-depth mechanics video doesn't explicitly need to go into why things work the way they do, but can simply serve as choreography for others to copy off of.
