the only "modern" books ive bought and read were the mike ma ones and between two fires which was out around 2012. they are both white males.
ive paid for and read around 40 books this year so far and i just checked and the only one not written by a male was frankenstein which was really written by percy shelley anyway and the only two not by a white guy was a couple mishima books.
looking at the half dozen or so books ive bought but havent read yet, they are all by white males
not even jews. just white males. i did get a free copy of the metamorphosis but stopped at the super long introduction about what a huge jew he was and dont intend to read it ever
its mostly been classics though other than some random meme stuff like mike ma since ive recently gotten back into reading and doing a lot of catchup. thinking back im pretty sure almost every book ive ever read has been written by white men. why would you read anything else?
