What exactly happens to a dismissed party member? Like where do they go and where would they go if I dismisse them here. I'd like to recruit xan really quick because I suspect that he disappears from the game if I don't or if I refuse to team up with him, but in order to do that I have to dismiss someone else and I don't want them to disappear either.
