the government is not going to save you from poor financial decisions and has been historically proven to do the exact opposite.
you would be able to host whatever you want if government intervention wasn't an issue.
i don't see what the point of any of having a government enforced "end of life plan" for games is when companies will take the obviously cheaper route and simply patent troll while spamming cease and desist letters to anyone trying to host an alternative solution.
i think a lot of what pirate 'divorcerapedfurfag' software says is retarded/in bad faith, but this is my personal stance on the issue: running up big gov's skirt to save you and not expecting them to immediately cuck the consumer to whoever has the most power and will more than certainly lead to smaller developers losing whatever advantage they had to an endless sea of lawyering jews and patent trolling.
