I escaped it, took me 2 years and 8 months. When I first started at the gym I just lifted and didn't care much about cutting or bulking but I was clearly on a surplus because I gained muscle and weight, I kept on bulking for another year then did a 4-5 month cut this year and finally got rid of the skinnyfat look.
Routine was just PPL and Arnold split, but I was focusing a bit on strength aswell, also do abs everyday to strengthen ur core.
