The "real" 2001 Spinosaurus was just Baryonyx or Suchomimus with a big sail. Distinctions like Baryonychines and spinosaurini didnt exist in 2001 and there wasnt enough non-destroyed Spinosaurus material to reconstruct it as being very distinct beyond its sail.
