you're adding highlights randomly based on what seem to be some form changes. as a result it looks like there's a dozen different incompatible light sources. this is usually called pillow shading or formless shading. pick one lightsource and stick with it. forms that are facing that lightsource catch light, forms facing away from it are in the shadow. her thigh implies there's a lightsource from above, but her left breast is lit from below, and her crotch is catching light from below as well, while her abdomen is catching light from the front.
