Her ideals given fleeting, tangible form through the power of magic. The domain appears as the town square in the center of a massive, idyllic city. It separates space into distinct layers, making all forms of interference between layers impossible, save for other high level forms of spatial magic. This prevents any attack from striking herself and her allies, as they aren't physically present to be attacked. Of course, the reverse is true as well, as it would shield even her enemies from harm at her allies' hands. Different layers of the domain have different skies overhead, with the layer she herself is in always having a blazingly bright sun without a cloud in sight.

Of course, in practice his idealistic power can be used rather unfairly in team battles, letting her divide and conquer enemy forces by trapping just some of them on the same layer as herself and her allies. It's otherwise useful for defending against enemy ultimates in a pinch, but that tends to burn more energy than it's worth.
