Britbongs are not, and never have been, a unified force. The reason why they constantly self-sabatoge is due to having 4 different nations, each with numerous different cultures of people and a dozen sub dialects of English. Travel 50 miles from one city to another and it is like going to a different state in the US. It's a miracle that they only have weird comics and not another civil war, and by another I mean another one since the lates 80s because Northern-Ireland was full on English/Scottish armed forces pushing tanks through streets while being attacked by Irish snipers and IEDs before Afghanistan was even a thing.
