I’m American so the closest thing to a commie block I lived in was a high rise in Hawaii. They had a parking structure next to the building to park there was roaches I had a good view of a golf course. I don’t think I cant really compare it to a commieblock though it was actually some pretty nice living. Also everyone on that island is an alcoholic or meth head.
