The Joint Operations Command Center has opened at Yokosuka Base south of Tokio. Its intention is to host the command structure of every member of the PDTO alliance, all housed in one safe facility.

The arrival of the Indian Military precipitated this restructuring. By far the largest military after Nippon, the Indians are a key force in the alliance, and ensuring proper communication and discipline will be paramount in future success.
