At least abyssals have a ton of synergy between themselves and have half a team worth of ops, they're lucky seeing other synergies. Laterano ammo synergy took years to finally exist after being baited with egg2 and they got almost nothing besides damage to it, Kazimierz has random bullshit go for synergy, Rhine doesn't even work within itself half the time, and Minos exists, to say a few. I wouldn't expect a 12 person team worth of faction synergy ever.
