I haven't been the smartest with my opsec in the past

I have spent the past 6 months obsessively ruminating over the possibility of someone from my past blackmailing me with life ruining info
Like my neuroplasticity has literally formed around making connections to the possibility of this happening. I haven't gone an hour without thinking about it
What fixes this because I'm genuinely starting to contemplate suicide to escape it
