None of the orgs I work with have problems filling multicrew ships. In TEST only a small portion have moved over from EvE and can dominate a shard. Some of the Goons and Pandemic Legion have come over to sample things because EvE is dying and for sale again and may shut down at end of year if they can't find a new sugar daddy. SC won't be ready in time for that IMO and being good at EvE doesn't transfer over to SC much.

The PvE whining maggots will finally get their wish by end of year though. They are internally testing the dynamic server meshing controller but starting with making private instances attached to the universe.
