Borovaya kotel is currently stopped by the small river around Kaprovka, i don't think there have been any reports about them crossing it still. The area is also close to Izyom, Liman and Slavyansk so it could be better defended. It will happen but there's no movement here.
Now the Burluk is interesting because to the North East supply line is basically cut, so supplies have to go over Stari Saltov or through Pechengi. If Russia goes towards Pechengi that means they want to clean up that entire area. But if they don't head directly there but say go for Schevchenko that means they're ok with Ukraine pouring in support and supplies in the area.
