EU4 is ironically "Baby first GSG", you have to learn a lot of mechanics that are rather simple and easy to understand for the most part, always have to keep mental tabs of everything you have and what other nations have, but once you understand the fundamentals works then you can start properly playing the game
Might take a few hours to learn but you will eventually get there
