Rendering quality of characters in that game is one of it's highlights, that outfit was designed for Arkham Knight Harley, Suicide Squad Harley looks fine, but doesn't fit that outfit anywhere near as well.

I paid $5 for it and played it and yeah it was shit, best thing in the game other than Captain Boomerang is that in the seasons menu for the game Dr Freeze looks just like wojak, and I don't know why I don't have a screenshot
Game runs like shit the quality of character rendering is really good.
