What's a good lore reason to give in a story for why only women can be giantesses?
aside from "just reasons" or the Claymore anime reason (men who undergo it get too dangerous and are too hard to control) I can't really think of many good reasons
If giant growth was real men would be the soldiers/builders/workers who'd get sized up not women, and that's not sexy :(
