Aren't comic style storyboards become more of a thing? It's cool but again, it's taking away from the vision of the writer, who knows wtf is going on inside their head, and the director, who they could explain it to and who then bruteforces everyone else to do exactly as they said to do. Whereas most times you can feel the almost bipolar nature of shows where everyone has to get their own little bit included.
