Ok so this guy probably just finished residency and recently started his career as a surgeon in the last few years. (assuming he isn't lying about his age.) Why would he voluntarily invite this level of scrutiny and controversy in his life now? He obviously knows the fanbase and how this works surely he knows freaks will go after his employment.
