Basically: Veesus has been defeated by Veda (pendulum guy) after having assimilated all the 4 "Heart"s of his personality and was sent back in time to before he battled against the scareclaws.
Now his strategy to beat Veda is to intead make allies with the Hearts and attack Veda together. Now we're a little after the point where Visas defeted the Scareclaws.

My theory as to why the lore stopped is because as the story continues all the Visas archetypes will get support and Konami just dosen't want to release support for Tear and Kashtira right now
