It's actually 4chan not having the manpower to deal it so they just heemed them all. A few vpns might be able to get on, and some more resourceful individuals can show up as other flags.
And no, they don't have to individually sift through social media accounts anymore, boomboom. It's far easier to monitor. And as niche as somewhere like 4chan... any stragglers would be heemed by the little bong police. I'm afraid it's over...
