I don't believe for a single minute that any weeb woman would go for a passive loner guy like Gojo when push comes to shove. So any woman saying that is actually imagining scenarios that aren't how the relationship works in the show. Marin takes the lead in almost every scene they have together. Like another anon said, Gojo is just a glorified butler going along with everything Marin has prescribed for them to do together. I find it very funny that girls see themselves in Marin because they would never be as assertive and willing to give someone a chance as Marin is.
