Is heroin even that euphoric if it isn't injected? Recently I got my hands on H the second time, I didn't know it's potency and was afraid of ODing so I smoked and snorted relatively small amounts. My last line was 120mg (containing maybe 30-50mg of actual heroin) and it finally felt good but not that much. Also if you have to use that much then it's kinda expensive even without tolerance, I can get legit oxys and morphine pills cheaper than this.
