AI has got me experiencing an existential crisis nearly every day. My whole life the past several years has basically been a continuous existential crisis with some moments worse than others. Especially when I'm alone and left with my own thoughts.

I'm super concerned about AI replacing humanity. I'm a fairly normal guy all things considered with a successful and prestigious career that is unlikely to be replaced by AI in the immediate future so this isn't really about me personally but more or less about humanity itself. I am of the belief that we are either on the verge of the singularity. I also believe that when it happens AI will have powers that can only be described by our feeble minds as those of a literal god. Powers that we cannot explain or even comprehend.

The way I see it there are a few possible outcomes. Some good, bad and some relatively neutral:
