yep, since odyssey came out up until about smash's release. I think the only saves I care about that are pirated would be Legends Arceus and Violet, but honestly I can just beat Violet again and transfer my 'mons if it's too risky to copy over from emu to sys. (LA is not that important I just don't want to complete the dex again)

I don't mind setting up the 1 again, I still have my jig stored in the console's case. The only real reason for me then would be keeping fuses intact (see picrel)
After some thought I'll try risking it a bit so my plan of action then is to:
>check sysnand prodinfo and restore if cleared
>update sys fw with daybreak
>transfer saves from emu to sys
>get NSO trial to upload mario kart world save to cloud
>factory reset NS2
>boot ofw sys and transfer to NS2 + upload any cloud saves with trial (maybe redundant but idc)
>restore sysnand backup to not be on the fw with the sleep heat bug
