teh 1st gen apple tv is a pretty good system you can add kodi to it the best build is kinos2 https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=363320 it does clean componenet output, and if you add a broadcom crystal hd it does 1080p video up to 8 bit. its what i used until i got a decent hdmi to component converter
