imposter syndrome is a bitch, she rode the wave one day things felll apart with her mental and hololive corpo business took a turn for the worse too. in gura's early holoEN days the support for talents wasn't there. things are better these days but I wouldn't say it's great either
even today after barely streaming for 3 years she's still seen as the pinnacle of vtubing in the west. when she quit it wasn't much of a surprise amongst hololive fans but the vtubing public was shocked and poured in so many tributes. I hope she can grow past the shadow of "gawr gura"
